One of the biggest battles with "dieting" is the intense cravings. But not anymore. I. Loved. Ice cream. (Seriously.) It was my big weakness. Every time I've ever tried eating healthy, it was that craving for ice cream that made sticking to a strict “diet” near impossible. Maybe you've been through something similar. You spend a crazy amount of willpower to keep away from those treats you crave. But then, you have that one bad day in the office... Or get in a heated argument... Or someone cuts your off in traffic... ... And that's when you crack and you convince yourself that you "deserve" a treat to make yourself feel better (which, by the way, is the result of the constant brainwashing we're exposed to from the food industry). If you've ever felt this way — You're not alone. Cravings suck. Which is why when Mindvalley decided to go into health and nutrition, we decided we needed a solution to help our community get the body of their dreams, restore health, and get younger, by eliminating those dreaded cravings, without needing to use extreme willpower. In short, a method that works with the mind. (We're called Mindvalley for a reason. ) This is why we're absolutely fanatical about WildFit by Eric Edmeades, and why we think you should [check out our Masterclass.]( [>> Register here]( A lot of people think that WildFit is just a diet based on evolutionary biology. I'm sure some of you've heard that before. And that's true. Eric uses some incredible tools to help you shed weight. But WildFit goes beyond that. Because of the behavioral techniques he uses, WildFit got me (and likely you) to shift my food habits by naturally rewiring the mechanism in my brain that causes those cravings. In short, my cravings for junk food (especially ice cream) completely disappeared. This is what makes Eric's approach so unique and powerful. It's all about retraining your brain.
