Is your brain saving energy at your expense? This was originally only available to our Mindvalley Me

Is your brain saving energy at your expense? [Mindvalley Logo]     This Sunday, we’re bringing back one of our most highly sought-after online seminars led by co-founder of Mindvalley’s coaching division, Ajit Nawalkha, on [The 4 Pillars of Exponential Transformation.]( This was originally only available to our Mindvalley Members. But because of the incredible response we’ve received over the last two years, we’ve decided to make this free for all.   - 🇺🇸Los Angeles: 8am - 12pm - 🇺🇸New York: 11am - 3pm - 🇬🇧London: 4pm - 8pm - 🇦🇪Dubai: 8pm - 12am - 🇮🇳Mumbai: 9:30pm - 1:30am (+1) - 🇭🇰Hong Kong: 12am - 4am   [Register for free](   [Register now](   Yesterday, I gave you a taste of the first of the four pillars. The second pillar is a concept Ajit calls ‘Organizing Your Mind,’ and how to outsmart your lazy brain. Let me explain. Your brain loves to create mental shortcuts to save energy. This is not a bad thing in and of itself. The problems start when your brain makes a false conclusion that doesn’t quite reflect reality. Especially when you’re flooded with information and your brain can’t help itself but create these shortcuts to make sense of everything. This is a phenomenon called cognitive distortions. For example, most of us are trained to see economic downturns as a time of hardship rather than potential and opportunity. If this were actually true, brands like Instagram, Whatsapp, Uber, Airbnb and Venmo – which all emerged during the 2008 financial crisis – wouldn’t exist today. Learning how to spot these cognitive distortions is a vital skill to outgrow your perceived limitations and transform negativity into empowerment. If you want to go even deeper into this idea, and learn timeless skills to explode the rate of your transformation, this once-a-year seminar is for you.   [I’ll be there](   So join Ajit, one of the top transformative coaches in the world today, and myself, in this free session this Sunday. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
