The full recording is free to watch (only 48 hours) [Mindvalley Logo]     It was amazing to see so many of you tune in to yesterday’s free workshop with Jon and Missy Butcher. Couldn’t make it live? [Watch the full recording here](. As you check out the replay of this workshop, I’d like to share a thought with you today. While this is the time most people are setting New Year’s resolutions, studies have shown that they rarely work. Instead, there is a practice that works far better. It goes beyond resolutions – which let’s confess, we end up breaking anyway – to a more structured process that starts with you establishing a vision of the person you want to be way out into the future. This could be 3, 5 or even 10 years ahead. And then to trace, step-by-step, the specific things you need to shift about your life to attain that vision. These things tend to fall into 4 buckets:   - Your beliefs, - Your ‘why’ or purpose for attaining the vision. - The sub-goals for the vision. (In other words, a long-term vision broken down into yearly and quarterly goals.) - And finally, your daily practices or strategies you need to implement to achieve your vision.   Sounds complex? It actually isn’t. In yesterday’s LIVE call with Jon and Missy, they proved – in front of 6,689 Mindvalley students – how this process actually moves you to your life vision with ease, flow and without difficulty. And they even guided us through a powerful technique called the ‘Rate of Progression’ assessment to set yourself up for success for the year ahead and beyond. Missed the call? For the next TWO days, you can watch the full recording of this special live call on how to make 2024 the best year of your life.   [Make 2024 the Best Year of Your Life](   [Watch the replay](   In this call, we also made a major announcement about our next Lifebook class that starts Jan 2, 2023.
