Hectic. Fun. Inspiring. Transformative. All rolled into one radically different event. [Mindvalley Logo]     Can being “overwhelmed” be a good thing? That sounds like an odd concept. But one of the biggest “complaints” we received about [Mindvalley University]( was that it felt like there were too many great things happening all the time – from talks to workshops to masterminds to excursions to parties and more. Which certainly isn’t a bad problem to have. To explain what I mean, I want to introduce you to a seriously talented filmmaker named Skip Kelly.   [Mindvalley University](   When Skip joined us for Mindvalley University in Pula, Croatia in 2019, he did something incredible. In three short weeks… Skip attended 28 different workshops and talks, soaking up knowledge in a wide area of topics. Taught his own workshop to a +100 audience. All while filming, editing and producing gorgeous vlogs capturing his experience every week. Below is a beautiful [behind-the-scenes video]( Skip created that captures the story of what really goes on in this massive community project.   [Mindvalley University](   [Here’s what really happens at Mindvalley University](   Don’t be surprised if this video brings a tear to your eyes. Because it shows a side of humanity most people rarely get to see. Now, you could argue that this whole thing sounds a little overwhelming. But what if the word is just a BS term we use to describe a situation that can actually be good for us? Can we be overwhelmed by love? How about being overwhelmed by learning and growth? Or being overwhelmed by life-changing ideas that level you up? If this remotely piques your curiosity, I invite you to check out [this page]( to see more real-life stories from our past Mindvalley University community members. And it may just inspire you to want to join me, my family and thousands of other remarkable souls in Tallinn, Estonia this July 3 - 23.
