Hunger = Eat? (Not always.) [Mindvalley Logo]( Yesterday, when I shared how I lost 2kg (4.4lbs) in three weeks in the most effortless and easiest way possible… It’s not easy to give up potato chips. Or pizza. Or ice cream. Even more so when you’re a father of two kids who are perpetually hungry. It was difficult for me too, for decades until I understood some of the hederal change dynamic models that Eric Edmeades taught me in WILDFIT. The first thing we got to understand is that hunger isn’t really hunger there are 6 different types of hunger. Let me explain I’m sure you’ve heard of that story of how Inuits have over 20 different words for ‘snow.’ They’re experts in snow. Or how the Greeks have 7 different words for ‘love.’ They’re experts in love. WILDFITTERs are experts in understanding “the concept of hunger”. And they recognize that there are [6 unique types of human hunger](. And when you can differentiate between each of them, and you know what response to take other than ‘eat more food,’ everything changes. Well, here are a few hints of what these ‘hungers’ are... One of them has a lot to do with how your mother raised you and dealt with you when you cried as a child? Another hunger is not even a hunger. It’s actually thirst disguised as hunger (more on this in our Masterclass) It's a limitation of the English language and causes so many of us to unnecessarily eat when we're not meant to. Check out this quick video as Eric reveals some of the fascinating reasons why we feel ‘hungry’. And you’ll understand why people who trained in WILDFIT were able to melt away those extra pounds so effortlessly.
