Read this article to overcome your fear of niching down]( [IMAGE] 🛣️ How did you get into graphic design/app & software development/typography? I am a language teacher and I love art. Apart from teaching, I also take care of the wall magazine at school with my students who also have great taste in art. In the making of wall magazines, other than beautiful layout it also needs attractive typography. My team and I prefer to do it manually and use our handwriting, both for letters and doodles. What I do has caught my husband's attention who already has worked in graphic design for a long time. He invited me to sketch those letters and then turned them into fonts. This is the story of how I started font design. 🎨 How would you describe your design process? I like things that are natural and spontaneous, everything goes as it is, like a stream of water flowing without having to be shown its direction. I let my hands and soul flow in pen, paper or any other medium. There are many tools that can be used to design, but tools are just tools. For design, I think soul and feel are more important. 🌎 What is a fun fact about yourself? I take good care of myself, and I'm confident to say that I look young for my age. They were shocked when they found out I am a mother of 4 children. I'm at school teaching and managing wall magazines for about 6-7 hours per day; I spend the rest of my time with my family, designing fonts while sipping a cup of espresso with my husband. 🖌️ What is most challenging about your line of work? This work is very fun, I can show my artistic side which is also my hobby in the form of things that can be monetized. Sometimes I run out of ideas, but luckily I am surrounded with creative people who can help me when my idea is stuck. So I am able to continue working and creating great designs. 🤔 What can we expect from you next? I love this work and I will always provide quality work for [mightydeals.com](.
