She’s also a leader in expanding access to affordable health care and ensuring parity for mental health services. Most of all, she is an incredible friend. Debbie is one-of-a-kind. Just like many others, I was surprised when she announced earlier this year that she was not running for re-election — but so incredibly proud of her legacy of delivering results for our state.
