Today marks exactly one year since we launched this campaign to defeat Ted Cruz, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how far we've come. How it started: Immediately after we launched this campaign, election experts from FiveThirtyEight to Roll Call UPGRADED our chances of beating Ted Cruz and officially ranked Texas a "battleground." How it's going: After early polls showed us 5 points down, hundreds of thousands of grassroots supporters like you chipped in to help me travel all over Texas to meet voters and spread our message. Thanks to you, we have officially pulled EVEN with Ted Cruz in the polls. What's next? Ted Cruz is terrified of our grassroots movement because we're closer than ever to defeating him. But this race is a long way from over, and he's calling all his millionaire mega donors and special interest allies to try and squash our momentum. We can't let up for even a second. That's why, to celebrate the one year anniversary of our campaign, my team and I set an ambitious goal to raise $300,000 by midnight. [Can I count on your split donation between my campaign and Michigan Victory Fund to help us get there, folks? Every dollar helps power our grassroots movement and gets us closer to beating Ted Cruz on Election Day.]( [$25]( [$50]( [$100]( [Other]( I never could've made it this far without you. Thanks for being on my team, folks.
