make no small plans. You're receiving this because you signed up to watch Uncensored Crypto! [Manage Subscriptions](    Hey , “Make no small plans for they have no power to stir the soul.“ –Niccolò Machiavelli  Most people play small.  The degrees of impact individuals have is determined by how big their circle expands to include others.  The smallest circle is to think only of oneself. It expands from there to family, friends, community… and can scale up to cover entire nations, or even the globe.  This is a key to wealth and happiness you should ponder deeply.  In order to achieve the highest level of success, you must concern yourself with others. How will what you do impact other people? How many will it impact?  The wealthiest… the most satisfied… the greatest among us…  They impact millions–even billions of lives.  And none of them do it alone. It takes a team.  If you have a challenge building a team to help you accomplish your vision, there are only a few possible problems:  Your vision is too small to inspire others to join you Your vision has no logical path to succeed You have not clearly communicated your vision to others  All of these are solvable, some more easily than others.  #1 is perhaps the hardest of all.  On one hand, the answer is simple: If your vision is too small, think bigger.  Yet thinking bigger is more easily said than done. Most people are willing to think bigger, but they have no idea in which direction to think bigger.  For this, there is an answer.  Start with your passion.  Desire is the birthplace of all great ideas. Desire is something that is already in your heart, waiting for you to take notice. For many it is buried so deeply that it can only be heard in whispers… and only found by digging.  It is my belief that passionate desire is a gift from God, placed in you to reveal your destiny.  A strong desire for a thing is a sure sign that God wants you to have it.  There, I said it.  Once you have discovered this passion, forget the constraints of reality and imagine the ultimate heights to which this desire can be taken.  What is the biggest fulfillment of this dream that your mind can imagine?  Write this down.  (NOTE: there is an entire discussion to be had about the power of imagination, yet time runs short for today)  Once you have written down the highest fulfillment of the dream, begin to work backward in time, asking yourself what would need to happen for you to achieve that.  By working backward, you can break your vision down into achievable milestones… taken to its logical end, this will lead you down to what you must do today.  (Remind me later to send you an overview of the concepts of “writing down the vision”--it’s worth diving deep)  Through this process, you can also solve the two other challenges that will prevent people from joining you in your quest to change the world.  You will establish a logical path to achieve your goal. And you will be able to clearly articulate your vision, so others can see it for the worthy goal it is.  This is, in essence, the process of creating a business plan.  For all of the fancy language used to obfuscate this fact, creating a plan to succeed in a business or nonprofit can be boiled down to this simple process.  Once all of the questions have been answered as to what must be done, you will have a roadmap to success. You will know who you need on your team, what resources you require, and how you will coordinate the two to achieve a desired outcome… step… by… step.  We’ve reached the end of my ramblings for the day.  There are, of course, many other issues to be addressed along the path to achieving a dream. Mental fortitude. Operational challenges. Leadership. Financial management. Marketing.  And more…  All of which we can address in days to come…  But for now, hopefully I have given you the confidence to believe that you can craft a plan to achieve any dream…  And the inspiration to make it a BIG dream that impacts many lives for good.  This is what Ben Franklin meant when he said, “Do well by doing good.”  Sincerely,  Michael Hearne  P.S.
