Live and in-person, from October 3 - 6, 2022, at Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, GA! The homes have arrived at Stone Mountain Park and they’re getting ready for you to view. Our first SECO in FIVE YEARS with manufactured homes on display is starting to take shape! This is the year’s BIGGEST event for manufactured homes on display. If you haven’t registered yet, you’re missing out! The 16 manufactured homes from six leading manufacturers on display at SECO22 comprise single and multi-section porch model and front-entry homes from 576 to 1,456 sf with lots of options, features, and price points. Come see the homes and meet with manufacturer’s representatives and community owners buying and either renting or selling these new homes to upgrade communities and increase community cash flow and value.
