New for 2019â20: Flex Subscriptions and Sunday Matinees
In addition to five brand-new productions and 20 classic revivals, the upcoming 2019â20 season also includesâfor the first time everâSunday matinee performances and two Sunday subscription series. Also for the first time, you can purchase a Flex Subscription, which allows you to select your own package of performances while still receiving the benefits of a subscription. Flex subscriptions guarantee seats in the same section for six to nine operas of your choice, along with a savings of up to 15%.

On Stage this Month
This March, Wagnerâs epic Ring is back on the Met stage, with soprano Christine Goerke leading a starry cast in Robert Lepageâs vivid production, conducted by Philippe Jordan. Audiences also have a second chance to catch this seasonâs new staging of Samson et Dalila, headlined this time by the extraordinary mezzo-soprano Anita Rachvelishvili. Spectacular Met productions of Tosca and Rigoletto are also on stage, and the month ends with Mozartâs masterpiece of imperial Rome, La Clemenza di Tito, starring Matthew Polenzani, Joyce DiDonato, and Elza van den Heever.
