[Messy Nessy Chic]   We got the keys to an old mill! So here’s some news that I’ve been bursting to share with you for months – MessyNessy has become the guardian of a 17th century moulin we found outside of Paris. After many years of writing about old buildings, many months of convincing the bank to let us take on this dream project (and put us in debt for the next quarter of a century ... minor details), we’re now officially mill-owners. Fancy that! I write this to you, overlooking the water that rushes underneath the house, having spent a very chilly night camping on the floor with my husband by the fire. This is a brand new adventure for us and I’m so looking forward to sharing all the surprises, twists and turns with you...
