Your summer garden planning calendar is ready now! [Food Gardening Network Preview]( May 24, 2023  [MEMORIAL DAY SALE!]( [FREE for You Now: 2023 Summer Garden Planning Calendar Kit!]( Get your green thumb working with the brand-new 2023 Summer Garden Planning Calendar Kit! [2023 Spring Garden Planning Calendar Kit] Hello Gardening Friend! Are you as excited about summer gardening as I am? My late spring garden is already bursting with crisp radishes, tender salad turnips, and early greens like spinach. And I’m about to harvest my beets and carrots. I recently transplanted my tomatoes and peppers, too, and they’re off to a promising start. Things are really blossoming! I can’t wait! Honestly, gardens astonish me. I love the cycle of various fruits and vegetables that highlight different parts of the year. At least where I live, for example, rhubarb and strawberries are only in season together for a few weeks, meaning mid-June is a celebration of strawberry-rhubarb pie! We also enjoy peaches, eggplants, and cucumbers in July; corn and tomatoes in August; and broccoli and carrots in September. Of course, getting to the point of harvesting all these goodies takes a little work, if you can call spending time in the garden work. Most of the work I find pretty enjoyable, as it gives me a chance to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. The hardest part for me is keeping everything organized. When should I plant my basil? Is it too early or late for succession planting? Do I need to fertilize my garden or add mulch? And then there’s the very, very important date that I’ve missed more times than I’d like: late summer garlic planting! Seriously. It’s the easiest thing to plant and care for. You just bury your cloves in the ground and forget about them until spring. The trick, again, is that you have to remember to actually plant them! And that, my friends, is why we put together this printable Food Gardening Network 2023 Summer Garden Planning Calendar Kit! [MEMORIAL DAY SALE Food Gardening Network Charter Gold Membership Special Offer—Just $5 for an Entire Year! UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TODAY! This printable kit is practical, beautiful, and it includes a list of tasks for each month of summer, from June through September. It gets better, though. There’s still plenty of room for you to write down your own gardening priorities—and to take notes. And potentially my favorite part: This calendar kit has all the important gardening holidays! National Cucumber Day? National Watermelon Day? You can bet I won’t forget to celebrate them!!! [FGN Calendar] Beyond keeping track of all your favorite vegetable-related holidays, the printable Food Gardening Network 2023 Summer Garden Planning Calendar Kit is the perfect way to stay organized this summer. You can: - Enjoy reminders for gardening tasks in June, July, August, and September. - Take notes and prioritize planning for your specific garden. - Where to plant your tomatoes and how much water they need - Learn how to turn those delicious summer vegetables into even more delicious meals. You read that right. This Food Gardening Network 2023 Summer Garden Planning Calendar Kit isn’t just a calendar.
