Hey {NAME}, Can I tell you a fun fact that might surprise you? I designed my company’s website myself. 5 years ago. And aside from adding new podcast episodes a couple times a week, nothing about it has been updated since. The website was outdated in basically every way -- from using wrinkle-free photos of me in my mid-20s (I’m 31 now), to neglecting to talk about my newer courses and mastermind programs...it was kind of ancient history. Which is why I am BEYOND THRILLED to let you know that we just launched a brand spankin’ new, prettiest-thing-I-ever-did-see website this morning. [Check out our new website right here!]( There are a few things I want you to know about this… 1. During those 5 years with my handmade, outdated website, my business earned roughly $10 million and attracted 200,000 subscribers. Why am I telling you this? Because almost everyday I field questions from new business owners, wondering what they should name their business, if their website is good enough, what their Instagram bio should say, or how much they should price their products. Basically, they’re stuck in the weeds of growing a business instead of actually...growing it. And trust me, I was no different for the first 2 years of building my own company. I stressed about the name, redesigned my website practically monthly, and ultimately distracted myself from playing bigger. So, here’s your permission slip to let go of the distractions and step into your next level. Sure, a beautiful website can make a difference (and as a former web designer myself, I can certainly attest to this!). And yes, a clever Instagram caption might drive someone to subscribe or hire you. But the thing that matters most? Consistently creating value for your community. That’s it, {NAME}. So, before you add the frills to your online business, add the value. Show up for your people and they’ll show up for you. I’d like to think my ancient website is a testament to that! 😂 2. It’s not just a new website. It’s an embodiment of a more aligned direction for our company and community. If you’ve been around these parts for a little while, you may have noticed: My company, team, and I have been undergoing a serious evolution. It started around 2016 -- my first million dollar year in business at the ripe ol’ age of 27. Hitting 7-figures in my 20s, and after only 3 years in business felt like a culmination of High Achiever Syndrome that I’d been striving for my entire life. See, I grew up with the belief that the more achieved, the more people would love me. (I know, it sounds kind of icky to say out loud, but it’s the truth. And for a girl who, for years, felt like she rarely belonged anywhere, achievement felt like the one thing that made me feel accepted and loved). So, for over a decade, I filled my schedule with leadership positions, was always the one who did the entire thing in "group projects" at school, and I hustled to the point of exhaustion. But in 2016, when I achieved what felt like an impossible goal of hitting 7-figures with no prior business experience? I realized how empty I was inside. Thankfully, rock bottom tends to lead to our greatest becoming. And that year and realization sent me on a new trajectory of self-discovery and self-love like never before. From taking a 6-month sabbatical from my company to rediscovering my greater mission underneath decades of old programming, I came home to myself. So, this website doesn’t just feel like a pretty addition to the internet. It's an embodiment of the new values, direction, and evolution of my company, my purpose, and myself. And what does that new direction look like? Well, you’ll have to visit the website to learn all about that! I recommend checking out the [Homepage]( [About page]( [Core Values page]( and [Success Stories Page]( for all the juicy details. But I will tell you this… After years of hustling for my worth, I realized that true success is an inside job. And that if you really want to create a meaningful and profitable business, you need to take a holistic approach to entrepreneurship. One that combines both rock-solid business strategy with deep inner work. If one of them is missing, you’ll always stunt your growth and happiness. I believe that the best way to grow your company is from the inside out -- meaning, the more work you do to reprogram the ineffective beliefs and stories you adopted in your early years, the more success and joy you’ll feel as a business owner and human. 3. The new site comes with some cool, new additions! For starters, you can find all of our [blog posts]( and [Limitless Life™ podcast]( neatly organized on the site. And bonus? I’m bringing in some hand-selected contributors who will be writing blog posts for the new site as well, because we basically just want to vomit free value all over you. Yeah, I said it. Secondly, you can learn all about my [online courses]( (there’s a brand new one, btw!) and [Bold Abundance Mastermind programs]( on the new site, too. Previously, it was laughably convoluted to learn about any of the things we sell. Now, you can find all the deets much more easily! And thirdly, I never set out to create a personal brand that revolves entirely around me. And a website that is plastered with photos of myself wasn’t in alignment with the community-centric company we strive to create. That’s why you’ll find photos and videos of our students and clients scattered around the site. My mug will be up there too, but now it will be surrounded by the people we serve (like you!) as much as possible, too. But hey, that’s just the tip of the iceberg! [Hop on over to the new website]( and click around. I think you’ll love our new HQ (you might even see your face on it!). Can’t wait to hear what you think, {NAME}. <3 All Love, Melyssa p.s. There’s even a brand new quiz on the site where you can discover your Money Magnetism Archetype and learn what’s stopping you from creating more abundance in your life and business. It’s literally SO IN DEPTH and packed with value. Plus, it’s free99, so what are you waiting for?
