[image] Tell me something {NAME}, When was the last time that you felt totally connected to yourself? I’m talking dance-like-nobody-is-watching, no-self-judgement kind of connected. Awhile back, I was working with a coach who was helping me to honor my fullest self expression. Personally, part of my most authentic self expression is very free and playful -- I love to dance, be silly, and find the humor in life. But sometimes I’m afraid to act that way. Sometimes I’m nervous that being playful and silly means that others won’t take me seriously. Ever felt that way? So when I was working with this coach, she was helping me to honor who I wanted to be in any given moment without the “rules” of who I thought I needed to be. She asked me, “What is it that you want to do in this exact moment?” And without hesitation, I said, “I want to go dance under that tree over there!” With a smile on her face, she said, “Lead the way!” And that’s when the fear set in. The nerves. The self-judgment. “This is a coaching session, Melyssa...this is inappropriate! You should be serious! Dancing under a tree, of all things?! Her other coaching clients probably have much wiser responses.” All the familiar stories set in, designed to make me feel small in the shadow of how I honestly wanted to express myself.” Eventually, I made my way to the tree, and together we shared silly dance moves and drenched ourselves in the moment. It was fun, irreverent, free. Me. What would it feel like to just…release that self judgement? To truly step into being who you really are? That’s exactly what we’re covering on today’s episode of Limitless Life :) (In case you missed my note on Tuesday, I just released the first episodes of my new [Limitless Life podcast](. Woohoo!) Today, I’m joined by Radha Agrawal, serial entrepreneur, author, investor, and global community builder. And {NAME}... I know you’re about to be as blown away by her as I am! Radha took a never-been-done-before idea and turned it into a movement that has connected half a million people around the world. It’s called Daybreaker, and they put on early morning, sober dance parties to promote play and connection. But Daybreaker didn’t explode overnight. It started with an idea and a desire to truly belong. To connect with others, yes. But also to connect with self, first. It was born from Radha’s desire to stop doing what she felt like she was supposed to do, and start doing what she truly wanted to do. If you’ve ever felt like… - You were called to do something different, but were worried about what you’d have to leave behind to do it... - You’ve been searching for a community that gets you... - You’re trying to build your dreams (and your life) alone… and it’s not working... … then you’re going to love Radha’s range of wisdom and inspiring words on stepping into a limitless life, free from self-judgement and full of connection and belonging.
