We have recently updated our service to enable you to delete your meCONNECT account from within the meCONNECT accounts settings page, and have made changes to our Terms & Conditions to match. Here is a summary of the key changes: - meCONNECT users will be allowed to delete their account via the meCONNECT Accounts settings page. - If you have an existing subscription plan on meWATCH, it will be cancelled with effect from the date of deletion of the account. Please note that there will be no refunds. - If you have Cashback credits in your account, you will need to request for a payout of the Cashback prior to account deletion, else the Cashback will be forfeited. - You will not be able to re-register with the same e-mail address in future.
