For more than 30 years, MDA has given my family so much support and joy. As a child, my counselors at MDA Summer Camp reinforced what my dad had been telling me: My condition doesn’t define who I am. I can be just as successful, productive, and independent as someone without a disability. I took that inspiration, and I ran with it, {NAME}! I played in my high school’s marching band. I learned how to drive. I have a full-time job I love. ANYTHING is possible when we have family and friends — like YOU! — on our side!
