Jessica Zwaan wrote the book on treating People Ops as a Product, “Built for People.” Matt Bradburn built The People Collective and has run over 100 cohorts of their manager development program. These two are the perfect pair to teach a course for People Leaders, HRBPs, and COOs/Execs who want to master the art of building a great People Operations program at their company. They have a clear point of view: instead of using traditional HR framing, apply product development frameworks that your company already has: Agile, MVPs, retrospectives, and user research. One of their most interesting ideas is to always try to design people ops processes so they can run without any people ops involvement. Even if you don’t achieve this 100% of the time, the effort can ensure that your operations are resilient, scalable, and that the end-user (your employees!) can understand and appreciate their design. [The course]( was sold out at 20 students but we convinced Jessica and Matt to add a few extra so that we could share this with you. It is a 6-week program that will go deep on how to put “People Ops as a Product” into practice. There’ll be 3 sessions per week and at least one 60-minute 1:1 for every single member of the cohort. As a CEO, I wish all people leaders thought like this. You’ll learn how to: - Make data-driven decisions in People Ops - Build metrics to evaluate the impact of people initiatives - Build a cross-functional squad team for a more Agile People Ops function [Count me in]( Get 15% off with MAVEN15 You'll redefine your employee experience by using product principles such as USP (unique selling point) and ICP (ideal customer persona). In this case, your ICP is the people who work at your company and your USP will come through exercises and context set by Jessica and Matt. In the cohort, you’ll be joined by 25-30 peers who are all people leaders at strong startups and mid-sized companies. This will be particularly helpful because so much of the course involves practical workshops, sharing sessions, and ask-me-anything sessions with Jessica and Matt. Though this is their first time running this particular course, both instructors have vast experience teaching and training at companies big and small such as Google, Talentful, Soundcloud, Kindred Capital, Deliveroo, Multiverse, Weezy, Kolibri Games, and more. [Count me in]( MAVEN15 for 15% off Gagan CEO, Maven     Over 20,000 professionals have leveled up with Maven Maven Learning, Inc., 10900 Research Blvd 160C, PM3086, Austin, Texas 78759, USA [Unsubscribe]()Â
