Over four decades(!) of maturation have created a masterpiece here, but its age isn't the only impressive thing about it. It's been made in collaboration with Parley to "Rewild Our Seas", and as such has been appropriately finished in casks charred using sustainably sourced Scottish sea kelp. Bet you haven't seen that before, right? £3,800       [Teeling 32 Year Old - Vintage Reserve Collection]( This well-matured expression was drawn from rum casks, so it's a tropical treat from the Irish distillery, with just 750 limited bottles available. £1,799.95     [Dallas Dhu 50 Year Old 1969 - Private Collection]( From the now silent Dallas Dhu Distillery, Gordon & MacPhail bottled this from a refill sherry hogshead, with only 176 bottles released. £6,913.72     [Port Ellen 35 Year Old 1983 (Release No.11535) - The Stories of Wind & Wave]( An exciting Islay single malt distilled in the same year the legendary distillery closed its doors, and matured for 35 long years. £3,999.95     [Fiona Macleod 33 Year Old - The Character of Islay Whisky Company]( Over three decades of rest imparted mature oak, rich smoke, and lively tropical fruit to this Islay malt – though its origins remain a mystery! £399.95     [Highland Single Malt #1 42 Year Old]( A mysterious, well-aged Scotch from a Highland distillery, matured for 42 years before That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottled it up! £399.95     [The Golden Age Blend 55 Year Old]( Astonishing stuff from the Blended Whisky Company, made using well-matured single malts and grains at least 55 years old.
