Plus, HubSpot’s May 2023 releases [View in browser]( | [Share]() Jun 26, 2023 [Martech: Martech is Marketing]() Good morning, Marketer, and how many of us are still working from home? In addition to talking to us about [their journey with Pega solutions](), the insurance company Aflac also shared a story about how it adapted Pega Process Mining to a very unexpected use case. During the pandemic, its many claims processors began working remotely. What Aflac observed was they seemed to fall behind their usual productivity rates and almost seemed overwhelmed by the home working environment. Pega Process Mining is designed for in-depth analysis of business processes at both the macro, systems and the micro, desktop levels. It identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies and can suggest improvements. Using a non-judgmental approach, working with HR, Aflac used the solution to analyze the way remote workers were operating and get them back on track to being productive and satisfied with their work. Full marks for an imaginative use of an enterprise business tool.
