See this kid? I graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in 1986. That same summer, a movie called Top Gun came out. Maybe you’ve heard of it. Before I was a Navy pilot, before I was an astronaut, before I was a senator, I was just a kid in a theater, same as everybody else. And it was pretty cool. Now, this month, a new Top Gun is coming out. And I wanted to do something fun for it.
