[image](=) [image] This Week in the Market Stocks moved up yet again as the Federal Reserve pushed the indexes higher this past week. Three rate cuts could be on tap for 2024, and the market loved this news in a bullish way. If the market had been extended before last week, it is even worse now. The major indexes keep pulling further away from their moving averages. Is a healthy pullback in the cards soon? One might think so, but for now a non-bearish bias still makes a whole lot of sense. Implied volatility levels and option prices continue to wane. It will be hard to top last week’s FOMC meeting, but there are several economic reports slated for this week too, including the latest GDP update and several housing reports. At the time of this writing, there were no significant talks expected by any Federal Reserve members. Quarterly earnings remain slow. Please take some time off for the holidays and make them joyous!
