[image] Trader, Welcome to our weekly rundown of the market. It was a quiet start on Monday as stocks opened slightly lower but not only were able to move higher later in the session…. They continued to climb throughout the rest of the week. The Federal Reserve was expected to make another rate announcement on Wednesday and the latest jobs report on Friday before the open. - An AAPL long call calendar spread was modeled out. - Potential support on FB triggered another bull put spread for a credit of 0.30. - TSLA was still riding high so a bull call spread for a cost of 11.30 was looked at. [On Tuesday, our TSLA trade was up over $800 in less than 24 hours.]( - With potential resistance at $235, we looked at a IWM bear call spread for a credit of 0.45. - And with potential support at $160, a BABA bull put spread for a credit of 0.35 was modeled out. ↘ Wednesday, It was a slow day in front of the Federal Reserve announcement as the major indexes were lower except for the Russell 2000 which was moving to new highs. We recapped a couple of technical set-ups that never triggered from Tuesday. - With TXN holding its 200-day moving average, we modeled out a bull put spread for a credit of 0.55. - On the speculative side, we considered a CHGG long call calendar for a cost of 0.75 and a potential wide area to profit. ↗ And on Thursday, the market continued to move higher. More bullish trades needed to be considered with the bullish tone continuing. - An AMZN bull call spread for a cost of 22.75 was looked at. A speculative trade over earnings was also looked at. - A CGC bull call spread for a cost of 0.55. - COST continues to make new all-time highs. A bull call spread for risk of 3.75 was modeled out. And finally we finished off the week with another great win! Our AMZN trade from Thursday was up $1,000 in just 24 hours!
