[image]() [image] This Week in the Market The shortened trading week was another crazy one for stocks as the indexes moved lower until Friday afternoon. Suddenly, buyers stepped in and moved the markets from session and weekly lows to positive territory with the last hour being particularly bullish. The Dow is the only major index that closed below its 50-day moving average. Expect more volatility as traders and investors figure out if the late-week rally was a buying opportunity or just a fluke. Implied volatility and option prices surged higher but retreated on Friday’s rally. It will be a full week of trading once again with plenty of numbers to dissect, especially later in the week. This includes the stock chart, option chain and maybe even the IV (implied [Continue Reading …](=) MTM Watchlist Here are a few trade ideas we will most likely look at in MTM’s group coaching class this week: SPY – I cannot take this ETF off our trade list because it does so well. Additional 0-DTE trades and more vertical credits will be identified. PEP – After a big drop to its 200-day moving average, the stock surged higher triggering a bullish reversal. Look for bull call spreads to be modeled out. AMZN – The stock moved lower last week and closed below its 50-day moving average. Consider potential bear call spreads around that moving average.
