Good morning marketers, how does your content fit into LinkedInâs algorithm?
In an effort to stir up more niche conversations and keep users engaged with the content thatâs important to them, LinkedIn pulled back the curtain on [the inner workings of its news feed algorithm](. Last week, LinkedInâs Senior Director of Product Management Pete Davies discussed how the platform is moving away from ranking trending content by putting more effort into delivering relevant and personalized content for users.
[Constant Contact has a new integration with WooCommerce](, as well as enhancements to its integration with Shopify. Users will now be able to connect WooCommerce to Constant Contact and access a range of integrated features, including email automation, personalization, segmentation and triggered emails. For existing Shopify customers, Constant Contact is implementing additional personalization features to support more robust customer data, additional segmentation and live marketing support.
Digital marketing platform [GetResponse is making moves beyond email]( with a new suite of capabilities that includes webinar support, e-commerce solutions, a new online payment gateway and social advertising integrations. Customers will be able to access the new webinar capabilities and e-commerce features through the platformâs strengthened integration with PrestaShop and WooCommerce.

Goodwill CMO takes top role at Helen Keller Services
Kimberly Zimmer has been named [President and CEO]( of Helen Keller Services (HKS), a national nonprofit organization serving the blind and deaf. Zimmer was recruited from Goodwill Industries International where she served as a senior VP and CMO. âIn addition to her impressive tenure at Goodwill Industries International, Kim has held several senior executive positions at organizations that provide far-reaching programs and services to blind individuals,â said HKS Board Chairman Christopher Maher.
The skincare brand SENTÃ has hired Adelle Walker as its [new CMO](. She will be responsible for all facets of the brandâs communications â from marketing to professional relations, education and consumer promotion â and define the companyâs pipeline strategy for both internal and external portfolio planning. âAdelle is a tremendous addition to SENTÃ and I look forward to partnering with her as we further build SENTÃâs position in the exciting physician dispensed skincare market,â said CEO Laurent Combredet. Prior to joining SENTÃ, Walker held leadership roles at Allergan, SkinMedica and Syneron Candela.
Jann Parish, the former marketing lead for Victoriaâs Secret, has been recruited by Green Growth Brands, Inc., to [serve as CMO]( for the cannabis and CBD company. âJann is a master at positioning brands to resonate with consumers. Parish comes to Green Growth Brands with an abundance of consumer marketing experience.
