Discretionary or mechanical trading? Which do you prefer? I’ve got both for you here… Let?

[Company Logo] Discretionary or mechanical trading? Which do you prefer? I’ve got both for you here… Let’s start with today’s “textbook” looking price action (in the eyes of a discretionary trader)… As you’ll read below, the patterns are pretty remarkable, and as a result… We’re going to give away the trading course that teaches these setups as a free bonus! (see details below) In the charts below, check out the pattern on the SPY, DIA, and IWM charts that has formed since the recent highs. Then look at the pattern in the QQQ. [image] What’s the pattern in the SPY, DIA, and IWM? Today was the first day in the flagging action since the high that any (and all) of these ETFs closed over their prior day’s high. In the case of the SPY and DIA, it was the first time they even traded over their prior day’s high (PDH). When you have such an orderly and well-defined pullback that breaks out, it’s often a good opportunity for a trade entry the next day. This pattern triggers an entry with… - A move over today’s high, or - An intraday reversal at the retracement to the Floor Trader Pivot (FTP), or Monday’s high. It’s more interesting when it happens in multiple indexes simultaneously. AS IT HAS! Now look at the QQQ. If you’re familiar with our Slingshot Setups or our ix10 pattern, then you should recognize today as an inside day pattern. This pattern is bullish if tomorrow’s action breaks higher. Plus… the DIA is bouncing off its 50-day MA (blue line), IWM is bouncing off its 200-day MA (green line) and SPY and QQQ will be back over their 10-day MA’s if they move higher. So they are all at key moving average inflection points. In short… All 4 indexes are set up with well defined, low risk swing entry points if they trigger tomorrow. On Wednesday morning I’ll host our weekly live in the market mentoring session for discretionary trading services. We’ll be focused on the patterns in today’s market indexes that create low risk swing trade opportunities. If you’re interested in live mentoring in discretionary trading with special indicators, patterns, and trading rules that will give you the discipline of a pro… [Schedule a free call with our Chief Strategy Consultant, Rob Quinn here]( It’s a no obligation, no pressure, conversation about how to improve your trading. Plus, if you decide to become a member of any MarketGauge service, Rob will give you a special bonus that includes the course that teaches how to trade the patterns mentioned above. That’s a $500 BONUS. [Set up your call here](=) However, If You Prefer To Have A Machine Hand You Trades… In a similar way that the indexes are set up so nicely for the discretionary trader… Our algorithmic trading systems have been handing out great trades too. The markets bounced nicely today, but our Large Cap Leaders trading system had an even bigger day than the markets. As you can see in the image below, the open positions were all up more than 2x the QQQ and 3x better than the SPY.
