[Company Logo] The daily charts of the S&P 500 (SPY), Nasdaq 100 (QQQ), and many other important indexes and stocks are sitting on very important inflection points. In short, this means that the market is likely to have a big move very soon. [image] It’s time to focus on which stock and indexes you care about will hold their 50-day average or breakdown. The chart of the SPY above has the Real Motion indicator and “SMS” settings showing, and the message is clear to people who follow the SMS strategy. If we get a confirmed break below the 50-day moving average, expect the market to stay under that moving average for some time, and likely until Real Motion moves back over its 50-day moving average. This is NOT a warning that the market will crash. It is a warning that it is time to be very selective about what trends you’re buying or expecting to stay bullish.
