And why the market is so volatile right now To view this email as a web page, go [here.]( Hey There! Are you wondering why the market is so volatile lately? Just take a look at this chart of the Dow Jones over the last few weeks: Those aren’t fun conditions to trade in for anyone. A lot of folks are wondering why the markets are so choppy right now, and the answer is pretty straightforward: Ask yourself this question: do you feel like you know what headline is going to break tomorrow? One day, we’re talking about record inflation, the next day, we’re talking about a new variant, and then some Washington politician will come out and promise that everything is going to be fine! It all gets to be a bit much! But, there’s actually a bright side of down days I want to tell you about. When Stocks Gap Down, My Ears Perk Up There’s nothing I love more than a big, juicy gap on the chart. It’s how I’ve found some of my best 1K Club trades, including remarkable wins of 80.72% on FSLY and 102.41% on TWTR. [Learn more about how I look for these opportunities]( The bright side of down days is simply this: stocks become cheaper! Would you rather buy AAPL stock five days ago, when it was above $180, or today, when it’s around $170? All things being equal, that’s not a hard question to answer. So when the market drops, it’s a great time to start scanning for opportunities. You might find a great trade setup that you’re ready to enter or build a watchlist of stocks you’re waiting to trigger. Either way, as long as you don’t get swept under with the current of a bearish day, there’s a lot of opportunity in the aftermath.
