SIDE NOTE: When I finish a talk, I often feel both massive insecurity and relief. A heady mix of “Jeez… was that okay?” and “Oh, thank friggin’ GOD I’m done!” — I was so grateful Camila’s warm smile put me at ease. If you missed it, part of my talk was about how important it is to become aware of the unconscious stories we tell ourselves. Especially the destructive ones. I shared that step one is to pay attention to the specific words we use to describe ourselves and our lives. Why? Because the words we consistently use to describe ourselves and our lives REALLY matter. They shape our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, behaviors, results… and ultimately, our experience of LIFE! Later that afternoon, Camila and I chatted about how wild it is that these sneaky little unconscious language patterns trip us all up. She shared an example of how she too experienced a version of what I spoke about in my talk. Look… It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or your life circumstances. Bottom line: IF YOU WANT A GREAT LIFE, YOUR WORDS MATTER, {NAME}! The words you say to yourself. The words you say to others. And, holy smokes… if you have any kind of product, service, or mission to share with the world, this is true times a MILLION. (That’s not hype. I’ve seen countless times how the right words can translate into millions of dollars and profound positive change.) Over 22 years in business has shown me that there’s almost nothing more important than learning how to use the right words to convey your ideas and inspire others into action. Best of all? Learning to use the right words — especially in business — is a skill anyone can learn. Doesn’t take long. And it’s critical to doing work that matters. Right now, I’ve got a free class up called [“5 Writing Mistakes You Can’t Afford To Make… And How To Fix Them.”]( It’s super tactical, result-oriented, and very entertaining, IMHO. But this class link disappears in less than 48 hours. So if you want this free training, go watch it now! Thanks for reading this MF Insider, {NAME}. With SO much love, 💖 Marie P.S. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes pic from the moment we wrapped on our Art of Livin’ event. Everyone on this production was SUPER A++++. SO fun. SO kind. And SO committed to creating an extraordinary experience for the audience.
