Honestly {NAME}, I was nervous. A few author friends had told me about their experiences on book tour. While I heard about beautiful moments, I also heard words like “grueling” and “exhausting” and “intense.” 😳 Not wanting to get sick, I made myself a promise that before I went on tour, I’d challenge myself to get as healthy as possible. That included building up my physical strength and stamina. (My workouts had taken a backseat while writing the book!) My strategy? Start taking near daily group fitness classes at my local gym. To say that my first few classes were humbling is a laughable understatement. But it also affirmed a huge lesson. The hidden and often overlooked benefits of getting on the struggle bus!! 🚌 If you frequently talk yourself out of new challenges, or are afraid to try new things because you don’t want to look weak, stupid, or incompetent — this one’s a must-watch. I promise, you’ll see every struggle and humbling experience in a new light. [Why you should hop on the struggle bus (and thank me later).]( If you’re ready for more growth and strength, [watch or listen to this episode now](. Then come to the blog and leave a comment to answer either of these Qs: - Think about your past. What’s one instance where you tackled something really challenging and you grew stronger as a result? - What’s one hard thing you *know* you need to start doing now? Thank you so much for reading and watching. I hope you’ll join me on the struggle bus so we can challenge ourselves (and laugh at ourselves) together. With so much love, 😘 XO Marie PS. There’s still time to get in on the ✨ 5-day live coaching program ✨ I’m offering this fall. It’s AMAZING and free to anyone who preorders Everything is Figureoutable before September 10th.
