My answer might surprise you. But before I share that, let me ask you: Is there something you DO — that’s not screen-based — that brings you immense joy, exhilaration, and energy? Maybe it’s running, singing, playing an instrument, lifting weights, hiking, cycling, gardening, cooking, painting, dancing… or some other activity that quickly clears your mental/emotional cache and gives you a REBOOT on a mind/body/soul level? I’ll bet there is. Even if it’s something you don’t do as frequently as you’d like. My hunch is that there’s SOMETHING that, whenever you do it, seems to magically unlock greater strength, power, synchronicity, clarity, creativity, and… YOU-NESS in this world. Call me crazy, but my answer to the “What’s next?” question is this… Immersive mind-body learning. YUP. For years now, I’ve had visions that the next frontier in personal development involves me guiding people to learn, not just on an intellectual level, but to embody it physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Translation: It’s not just about me teaching you ideas and concepts, but building in ways that we can all RESHAPE, EXPAND, and ELEVATE our conscious and subconscious minds, using music and movement. In fact, one of the things I’m the MOST EXCITED about as it relates to our big Tuesday announcement is: For the first time ever, you’re going to get a joyous, magical, and BADASS space for massive personal transformation to happen on a cellular level through DANCE. 🪩🪩🪩😱😱😱 [You’re going to get a joyous, magical, and BADASS space for massive personal transformation to happen on a cellular level through DANCE.]( This immersive style of learning that I’ve wanted to create for you IS HAPPENING! And I gotta say, it’s waaay more fun, magical, and enlivening than you could ever imagine!! - We’ll do it together, as a global community, from the comfort of home. - The beats will be DOPE! The energy will be off the hook. 🙌 - Your body, soul, and HIGHER SELF will explode with delight! AND no prior dance experience is needed. 👏👏👏👏 Look, I can pretty much guarantee if you do this with me consistently, any limiting beliefs or self-sabotaging behaviors or other hinky, old mental stuff that’s historically held you back… Will quickly begin to melt away as the REALEST, strongest, and most powerful you emerges! That’s because there is SO MUCH WISDOM in your body, {NAME}! Together, we’ll unleash it. We’ll get you even more connected to your own innate source of higher intelligence, intuition, and guidance. I’ve seen this happen in myself time and time again. It’s the closest thing to mind-body magic I’ve found yet. We’ll share more of the scoop about this on Tuesday, May 14th, so make sure you open those emails. Until then, I’d love to know: What's your favorite form of joyous movement? For bonus points, what’s your top song right now? Hit reply and let me know. 🙂 Xox 💖 M. P.S. A rich and abundant life lies ahead of you, {NAME}. Have faith and trust in that, because it’s coming. ✨✨✨   If you wish to stop receiving our emails or change your subscription, you can [update your preferences]( or [unsubscribe here]( or you can email your request to info@marieforleo.com.
