This could be dangerous for democracy

# NYT: “Supreme Court Appears Skeptical of Using Obstruction Law to Charge Jan. 6 Rioters" MSNBC: “Clarence Thomas questions Jan. 6 rioter prosecutions at Supreme Court” Vox: “The Supreme Court wants to hand a victory to January 6 insurrectionists” {NAME} – HUGE news this week out of the ultra-conservative Supreme Court majority: SCOTUS may overturn hundreds of convictions against January 6th rioters. Failing to hold insurrectionists accountable would be a massive blow to democracy, {NAME} and if Joe Kent had his way – they never would have been charged in the first place. Not only does he believe that the insurrectionists being held accountable for their crimes are “political prisoners” – he accepted campaign donations from two January 6th rioters. {NAME}, it’s clear where Joe Kent’s priorities lie – and it’s not with Southwest Washington families.
