It’s Tax Day

# {NAME}, Today is many Americans’ least favorite holiday: Tax Day. Sure, filing your taxes can be a headache and it can be hard to know exactly what our tax dollars go to. As your Congresswoman, I want you to know that I’m fighting to make sure that our tax revenue is spent as it should be – on the nuts and bolts of basic government functions right here in Southwest Washington – that means infrastructure repairs, wastewater treatment plants, upgrading public safety systems, and much more. I’m working hard (this work isn’t ever easy) to cut government waste to free up even more of our tax dollars for the things that really matter to our communities.
