{NAME} – Climate change is already here, and across the country, we've seen extreme weather events impact our economy, our infrastructure, and our communities. And the effects will only continue. Last month, Axios highlighted that more than half of Virginia will see an increase in "bad air quality" over the next 30 years where pollution is above 100 on the air quality index. Poor air quality can lead to reduced lung function and impact our community's ability to go safely outside. It's clear we're facing a crisis that we can't ignore. This crisis requires bold action and positive change, but we can't make that happen without your help – and that means electing a Democratic Congress to advance policies that spur cleaner energy and make our communities more livable. [Will you join me, {NAME}? This is a fight that requires everybody's support. Chip in to help me get to Congress and fight for strong environmental policies.]( [Donate Today]( There's too much at stake for me to stay silent. From more intense hurricanes and flooding to harsh droughts and heat waves, climate change has been ravaging our most vulnerable communities, so delaying action is not an option. We can't ignore what's already here. That's why we're already pushing back. Across the country, Democrats are fighting for investments in sustainable infrastructure, more accessible public transit, and renewable energy. The last Democratic House passed historic climate legislation in 2022. We need to build upon this and invest more in what we know works, and I intend to do all I can to help spur momentum for more action. I've got critical experience fighting for critical issues and fundamental rights from my time as a Hill staffer, and I've built winning coalitions here in Prince William County in multiple elections. I have what it takes to get across the finish line, and then deliver on the promises voters expect once I get to Congress. [The fight to mitigate the effects of climate change is here, and creating a sustainable future is going to take all of us. So, can you pitch in $3 now to help fuel our movement?]( Together, we can make a difference, ensuring a brighter, greener future for our state and this country.
