{NAME} – Thank you for standing strong with our campaign over the last quarter! As the election year kicked off and winter began to turn into spring, the pressure was on us to show that we could maintain the momentum of our campaign launch. Because of supporters like you, we did exactly that — and then some! We greatly expanded our reach across Virginia's 7th District and amplified our messages about voter priorities such as housing affordability and reproductive justice. Our organization and platform helped inspire key endorsements from leaders such as Senator Jennifer Carroll Foy. At a time when Republicans in Virginia and across the nation closed ranks around Donald Trump, the stakes of a House race like VA-07 went way up. Our movement is fighting to win a district that could decide control of Congress – and with it, whether we see democracy, personal freedom, and economic opportunity rolled back or secured in the years to come. I'm proud to say that we're standing as strong as we've ever been. And with 11 weeks out before the Democratic primary, I can feel the energy still building behind us. So again, {NAME}, thank you for all you did to further our movement last quarter. Let's keep it up! Onward, Margaret P.S. I'm also proud to share that we've officially qualified for the primary ballot! I'm so grateful to every voter in the 7th District who took the time to sign our ballot petition.
