I've never seen a political party try to make 💩 smell pretty as much as today's Republicans.   Marc Veasey proudly serves as the Founding Co-Chair of the Congressional Blue Collar Caucus and the Congressional Voting Rights Caucus. Please consider becoming a recurring donor to help Marc continue to fight to uphold these values. [Support Marc's efforts →]( Hi {NAME}- I've never seen a political party try to make 💩 smell pretty as much as today's Republicans. First: George Floyd was murdered by police, causing civil unrest to break out across the nation. Republicans responded to the tragedy by crying, "BACK THE BLUE" and beat the drums about "law and order." Next: Joe Biden won the presidency. A volatile right-wing mob then ransacked the capitol crying, "THE ELECTION WAS RIGGED," injuring 140 officers and killing 5 others in the process. Now: The FBI has raided Trump's Mar a Lago estate, and the Chairman of the Texas GOP is crying, "ABOLISH THE FBI." I CALL BULLSH*T. What happened to law and order? Who's backing the blue now? Winning and keeping political power is all that matters to the Republican party of today. They have weaponized hypocrisy and turned being sociopaths into a profession. To put it frankly, Trump and his Republican Party are a danger to our democracy. They MUST be defeated. I dreamed that I could one day make a difference in the lives of my friends and neighbors. It was that simple goal that eventually led me to Washington and the halls of Congress. For nearly a decade, I have been humbled by the ongoing support and encouragement of the community that raised me. Today, I’m asking for it again. [Donate Today →]( Pol. Adv.
