[The Long Run PAC] {NAME} - Did you see this? [News Headline: Vos moves impeachment articles against elections chief Wolfe to committee in wake of ad pressure campaign]( Yesterday evening, Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos began the process of impeaching non-partisan elections officer Meagan Wolfe. Why? A Wisconsin PAC launched a six-figure ad campaign against him saying he should be recalled if he does not proceed with the impeachment. It doesn't get more political than this, {NAME}. Vos has no reason to impeach Wolfe but is doing so out of fear of being removed from office. Just last month, Vos said in an interview that he would not take action on impeachment charges against Wolfe until the conclusion of a lawsuit filed against the GOP lawmakers who attempted to oust her. But that is no longer the case. The worst part? All 15 impeachment articles against Wolfe contain misleading or false claims about how the elections administration works in Wisconsin. The GOP attempting to impeach Wolfe is a direct consequence of them not getting their preferred outcome during elections. And if left in power, Republicans are going to stop at nothing to attack and undermine our democracy, {NAME}. They want to fan the flames of Trump's false claims that the election was stolen. We must fight to take back the legislative majority in Wisconsin to stop the GOP from abusing its power and attempting to overrule the will of Wisconsin voters. And the only way we can do that is if we work together to support Democrats up and down the ballot.
