We're offering you the opportunity to become a founding employer partner if you're interested in diversifying your technical teams with more female software developers, either by making a new hire from our diverse talent pool or by upskilling existing staff. During 18 months, the programme will provide a comprehensive training in software development as well as mentoring, coaching, and support for women at the beginning of their careers.
