Become a founding employer partner of our new Digital Her apprenticeship Hi {NAME} In June, Manchester Digital will launch its new Digital Her apprenticeship programme to help increase the number of women in technical jobs within the industry while providing supportive environments for their growth and success. We're offering you the opportunity to become a founding employer partner if you're interested in diversifying your technical teams with more female software developers, either by making a new hire from our diverse talent pool or by upskilling existing staff. During 18 months, the programme will provide a comprehensive training in software development as well as mentoring, coaching, and support for women at the beginning of their careers.
