Try this next time you or a loved one feels a headache coming on -- it works immediately [Can't see this image? And a lot of men get frequent headaches. It’s quite common. And the usual remedy is an OTC treatment like aspirin or ibuprofen -- or maybe even something stronger from the doc… But what if I told you a simple breathing exercise worked even better… …and completely got rid of my headaches and migraines for good… Would you try it? ----Important Message From Lloyd Lester---- Give her one of these 4 O’s to blow her mind in bed [Can't see this image? But give her ALL 4 -- and she'll worship you like a sex god… And SHE will want to take YOU to bed again and again… [Here’s how to give a woman 4 earth-shattering O’s -- just 1 of these O’s will make you the best she’s ever had]( ---------- Breathing like this makes headaches and migraines go away Many people have difficulty with migraine – even when treatments work, they often cause significant side effects. Propranolol is a beta blocker which is used for the prevention of migraine. It can be quite effective for some people… But it can cause lightheadedness, weakness, low libido, dizziness and lethargy at effective doses. One of the primary causes of migraine is dysregulated gasses in the body (oxygen and CO2). A number of different studies have shown that increasing CO2 retention in the body by any number of methods can significantly decrease migraine frequency and severity. In one study, researchers found that relaxed breathing was as effective as 80mg of propranolol per day in preventing migraine. When you relax you breathe less – so you waste less carbon dioxide – leading to more oxygen in the brain as well as relaxed blood vessels… All of which could explain decreases in migraine frequency and severity. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] The human research was carried out at the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences in India. The findings were published in the journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine. The researchers wanted to compare the effects of common migraine prevention treatment propranolol against biofeedback assisted diaphragm breathing exercise. Let’s break that down. The exercise involved lying down on your back with your hands by your sides. Closing your eyes… Then the participants were asked to relax different parts of the body one at a time – from the forehead to the toes and back again. The participants were instructed to relax the body in this order: - Forehead - Eyebrows and eyes - Nostrils - Cheek - Jaw and corners of mouth - Chin - Neck and shoulders, all the way down to the fingertips - Chest – upper abdomen, middle abdomen, and lower abdomen - Thighs, calves, feet, and toes - All the parts from toes upwards to forehead Other studies have shown that this type of progressive guided relaxation decreases breathing… Because overbreathing is associated with anxiety. Slower breathing occurs in relaxed states. Next, the participants were asked to bring attention to the breath. They were asked to perform diaphragmatic breathing – breathing into the belly rather than into the chest. This also slows breathing – chest breathers tend to breathe rapidly. When they were breathing correctly, they were shown images which explain the improvements in physiology triggered by this type of relaxed breathing. This is called biofeedback. The participants were asked to carry out this exercise 3 times daily – before meals – for 10 minutes. There were 96 people with migraines in the relaxed breathing group. Another 96 people with migraine received 80 mg of propranolol per day. The study ran for 6 months – then the researchers looked at migraine frequency and severity across the 2 groups. There was barely any difference between treatment and relaxed breathing. In fact, the relaxed breathing exercise slightly over performed the migraine treatments. “Significant clinical response was seen with biofeedback in 66.66% and with propranolol in 64.58% of patients.” When the researchers looked at different aspects of migraine they also found little difference. “Frequency, severity, duration of attacks and number of vomiting episodes were significantly reduced in both groups but differences between groups were insignificant.” The researchers tracked the participants for the next year – looking for changes in their migraine frequency and severity. They found that those in the treatment group were nearly 4 times as likely to have a resurgence in migraine. “During the post-treatment period, far less resurgence of migraine was seen in the breathing group (9%) compared to the propranolol group (38%).” Of course, taking a couple of tablets is a lot more convenient than doing 10 minutes of breathing exercises 3 times per day. The problem with the tablets is that they can cause significant side effects at that dose. Relaxed breathing exercises don’t have these negative side-effects. There are numerous other studies showing that other types of relaxed breathing exercises… …or other methods to increase carbon dioxide retention in the body… …can have significant effects improving migraine frequency and severity. ----Important Message For Breathing Oxygen in Your Member---- Men: use this ancient Himalayan secret to breathe more oxygen into your member for better boners [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] I’ve discovered that Sherpa people, who live at some of the highest altitudes in the world… ...have higher blood oxygen levels than normal men… And this is extraordinary because most people in high altitudes suffer from what’s called “tissue hypoxia.” Tissue hypoxia is when the cells are literally starving for oxygen. But these men in the Himalayas -- they have super high oxygen levels all over their body, even down there. And this is important for men because the penis needs oxygen. Without enough oxygen, the member will stay soft and flaccid. So I’ve been studying what these men are doing… ...and I’ve found [a way to naturally boost blood oxygen levels, especially down there (works in 7 minutes or less)]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond.
