Specifically one amino acid that can cause rage in men. So if you’ve been feeling overly aggressive or pessimistic lately, you may just be low in this amino acid. Here’s how to get more of it and why you want to as a man… ----Important Message From Dr. Joe---- Doctor’s “tree of life” rockiness secret [Can't see this image? According to news, women are sneaking around at all hours just to spend an hour alone with him. And their husbands have NO IDEA! Women say this doctor has a secret for some of the hardest, longest lasting firmness. And they’ll do anything to get their hands on it. What is this doctor’s shocking rockiness secret? [Watch his short free video where he explains exactly how it works]( He’ll also tell you why it works so well Why women are so DESPERATE for it. And how you can start using it from your own home to get similar results as soon as tonight. So you can blow any woman’s mind in bed… ---------- How to experience less rage these days Men are competitive and assertive. These are good, healthy traits, once they are kept under control. But out of context aggressiveness is a sign of lack of control -- and it can cause major life problems. There aren’t many men who have not suffered with overaggressiveness at some point in their lives. And one thing that can cause aggression is an imbalance of amino acids and neurotransmitters in the brain. Luckily, there is a natural protein with calming amino acids which can help to switch your mood from out of control aggression to one of calm, composed assertiveness. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] The animal experiments were done at the University of Sarajevo. It was published in the journal Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior. You might be surprised to learn that our behavior is mirrored by the behavior of our individual brain cells. Brain cells can be overexcited making us neurotic and aggressive. Brain cells can also be calmed down, inhibiting these out-of-control behaviors. The amino acid glycine is one of the most important inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brain. It helps to calm down overexcited brain cells and it helps to calm down overexcited people. “Not long ago the idea was put forward that glycine most likely plays the role of an inhibitory neurotransmitter, and this notion is now largely accepted upon evidence accumulated in the meantime.” Glycine is a very important amino acid -- but it’s one that we don’t get very much of these days. The primary source of glycine is gelatin and collagen. And most people don’t eat much of these foods any more. 50 years ago people ate far more of these relaxing and anti-inflammatory foods. These animal experiments were designed to look at the effects of different levels of glycine in the brain. “We suggest that, owing to these circumstances, an alteration of central glycine levels might produce behavioral effects.” Animal research has shown that there are many ways to make lab animals more aggressive. In these experiments, researchers used two of the most reliable methods to create aggressive rats. The rats were split into two different groups -- and some rats were given glycine. Glycine reduced aggressive behavior in rats -- regardless of what the trigger for aggression was. “Glycine reduced aggressiveness caused by water deprivation or forebrain septal lesion in the rat.” In those experiments, the glycine was delivered into the stomach of the rat -- glycine easily travels to the brain where it has the calming effect. This is similar to eating glycine or glycine containing proteins. The researchers then carried out further experiments with treatments which increase glycine in the brain. This also reduced aggression. “‘Treatments’ previously shown to elevate central glycine levels, acted in the same way as systemically administered glycine.” Glycine calms the nervous system. This can be seen not just in reduced aggression, glycine also reduces twitchy behaviors (psychomotor unrest) which happen when the nervous system is on high-alert. “Glycine was capable of suppressing psychic excitation and psychomotor unrest in mice.” Glycine has numerous relaxing effects on the brain and nervous system. It helps to suppress the actions of serotonin and glutamate -- things which really ramp up aggressive feelings and behavior. “In these experiments, the action of glycine was directed primarily against aggressiveness.” Many of the chemical treatments used to sedate people and make them more relaxed in general act similar to glycine. Similar but not identical. Glycine does not produce side effects like pharma treatments. Hangovers and heavy sedation are almost unheard of too. Glycine simply helps to balance out your brain chemistry -- it doesn’t push things too far in the other direction. Pure glycine supplements can be tricky -- they tend to have a lot of impurities. I think it’s best to get calming glycine from natural sources like collagen and gelatin proteins. ----Important Message From Matt Cook---- “I got cheery and started doing things I hate to do -- like cleaning the toilet!” (Student gives me permission to share this amazing transformation with you) My student, Robert, was taking a bunch of Big Pharma treatments that gave him side effects like low testosterone, low energy, and even rockiness problems. He put on some weight and just felt like his whole body was shutting down… Excitedly, I started telling Robert about something that has just been released -- a secret natural anti-aging hormone for men… It’s been kept secret from ordinary men like you and me for 50 years, but not anymore. And now Robert is taking this natural anti-aging hormone and seeing fantastic results: [Can't see this image? And his testosterone levels went up, his depression lifted, and he’s going to the mall to scout out pretty young women… just like he used to do as a young man. [Here’s the natural anti-aging hormone I shared with Robert]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
