Believe it or not, cardio will NOT help you lose fat - but this will… [Can't see this image? But here’s the thing… exercising this way is NOT going to help you lose weight and burn fat. Cardio is actually one of the least effective ways to lose fat and I’m showing you why… And I’m showing you the best way to burn fat that takes less effort and half the time... ----Important Message from Lloyd---- Ex-Green Beret's single-touch secret to giving her explosive O’s How could an ex-Green Beret cripple a Navy Seal with a single PINCH… ...and yet also effortlessly seduce gorgeous women with the stroke of his palm? Here’s a fascinating peek into the seductive power that you can wield in the palm of your hands... [>> The Ex-Green Beret’s touch technique that makes a woman moan uncontrollably...]( ---------- Want to burn fat? Skip the treadmill and do this instead Cardio training is weird. Until the invention of treadmills and stationary bikes, no human would ever run or bike for 45 minutes without going anywhere. People walked to get places or would dance for a social event, but exercising on a stationary object for “cardio” was pretty much unheard of until about the late 1960s. Which makes the idea that to lose weight you have to do cardio even stranger. Cardio is not something I ever do -- at least not like that. I do enjoy long walks, hiking, and pace around when I’m on conference calls in order to stay physically fit. I also make sure that my metabolism and testosterone levels are high, and that helps a great deal. So, I’m not saying not to exercise. Exercise that you enjoy is good for you. But you may want to look at the TYPE of exercise you do, because cardio may not be quite as helpful as you think it is -- especially if you are trying to lose weight. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] In a study from the University of New South Wales, researchers took on a popular weight loss myth that if you want to lose weight you do cardio, and if you want to gain muscle you strength train. But if you hate dieting and hate running on a treadmill, then I have GREAT news for you. Strength training ALONE can help you to lose fat. And you don’t have to diet or do cardio to get the benefits. "But our findings show that even when strength training is done on its own, it still causes a favourable loss of body fat without having to consciously diet or go running." This is a big deal, because most of the time traditional weight loss advice of eating less and exercising just puts your body into starvation mode, erodes lean mass, and decimates your metabolism. Even if you don’t diet and just do cardio you are still not going to gain lean mass -- which is critical to having a higher metabolism. "More often than not, we don't gain any muscle mass when we do aerobic training," says Dr Hagstrom. "We improve our cardiorespiratory fitness, gain other health and functional benefits, and can lose body fat. If you want to exercise and enjoy weight training, then it makes a lot more sense to lift weights or do a kettlebell routine than to do cardio and diet. That’s because weight training CREATES more lean mass instead of getting rid of it, which will help you reset your metabolism to a higher rate. "Resistance training does so many fantastic things to the body that other forms of exercise don't, like improving bone mineral density, lean mass and muscle quality. Now, we know it also gives you a benefit we previously thought only came from aerobics," says Dr Hagstrom. But you need to be careful if you go this route, because when you strength train you will change how your body looks, you will gain muscle, and you will probably lose fat. But the scale may not go down because you are creating a new body composition. "If you're strength training and want to change how your body looks, then you don't want to focus on the number on the scale too much, because it won't show you all your results. "Instead, think about your whole body composition, like how your clothes fit and how your body will start to feel, and move, differently.” Personally, unless you love running or some other cardio activity I would ditch it and go with strength training instead. It’s just as effective as cardio for losing fat, but it has tons of extra health benefits as well. ----Important Message From Matt---- Extreme anabolic growth: Huge muscle growth by doing this for just 45 seconds? Here is what to do... Just 45 seconds can trigger your body to begin extreme anabolic muscle growth -- the 45 seconds triggers massive muscle growth and high testosterone leading to a rocky member… I call it an “exercise” but it isn’t really. There are no gym exercises to do. Yes, waist size gets firmer, and your chest and thigh muscles get better defined. It all works by increasing carbon dioxide levels in the male body, which through the Bohr Effect, delivers more oxygen to the muscles, brain, and tissue... ...and this is where the magic begins -- youthful oxygenation triggers what I call extreme anabolic growth... Some older guys even discover that yes, they have ab muscles, even a six pack.
