Can it really be this easy? [Can't see this image? Sometimes Big Pharma treatments are unavoidable… But when it comes to blood pressure, there is SO MUCH you can do on your own with simple foods. So why not give this a try? Most men have perfect pressure in as little as 2 weeks thanks to this food... ----Important Message From Matt About Lowering Blood Pressure---- Drink this shake -- contains 5 key nutrients men need to naturally lower blood pressure, boost blood flow, and restore rockiness [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] One of these nutrients is calcium. Calcium helps keep the arteries relaxed, flexible, and clear for blood to flow through. And when blood flow is good, blood pressure naturally lowers on its own… WITHOUT pills. And rockiness gets a huge boost as well… and what man doesn’t want that? So I put plenty of calcium in this shake. And there are 4 other nutrients that I’ve discovered are just as important as calcium in clearing plaque from the arteries, improving blood flow, and lowering pressure. [So I put all 5 nutrients into this one delicious shake…]( And now this shake is restoring rockiness for thousands of men while naturally lowering blood pressure! And their doctors are simply amazed... ---------- Eating this food makes my blood pressure perfect High blood pressure can be caused by narrowing and stiffening of the blood vessels. This is often incorrectly blamed on high cholesterol. Cholesterol is found in the buildup of plaque inside the blood vessels which can trigger high blood pressure -- but other elements are also contained in this plaque. One of the main components of this atherosclerotic plaque is calcium. So you might think that eating less calcium could help to lower your blood pressure. But the opposite is true. Eating more calcium helps to lower blood pressure. This is because most of the calcium in your body is contained in your bones. And when you don’t eat enough calcium and body starts to pull extra calcium out of your bones. This calcium gets dumped into your blood vessels -- making them narrow and inflexible -- causing high blood pressure. Calcium also lowers the stress response which causes high blood pressure -- by making us less sensitive to a stress hormone called aldosterone. [Can't see this image? This research was carried out on rats. The scientists used a type of lab rat called spontaneously hypertensive rat. As the name suggests, these rats tend to develop high blood pressure at an early age. The researchers also used aldosterone to increase blood pressure in a later part of the study. Aldosterone is a stress hormone naturally produced in the body. It is one factor in high blood pressure. These rats were split into a number of different groups. They were fed on diets containing different amounts of calcium. “Rats were fed either a low calcium diet with 0.5% calcium or a high calcium diet with 2.5% calcium.” Over time the researchers looked at blood pressure in the different groups of rats. Changes in blood pressure caused by different amounts of calcium in the diet were obvious by the time the rats were six-week-old. “By week six, blood pressure was 117 in the high calcium group compared with 135 in the low calcium group.” As time went on, the differences in blood pressure increased. Rats who consumed more calcium continued to have significantly lower blood pressure. “By 13 weeks, blood pressure was 192 and the high calcium group compared with 233 in the low calcium group.” Later, the researchers injected some of the rats with aldosterone -- a natural hormone which increases blood pressure. Stress is one of the major causes of high aldosterone. Stress-related increases in blood pressure are triggered by aldosterone. The increase in blood pressure caused by the stress hormone was significantly lower in rats who had been raised on a high calcium diet. “High blood pressure caused by aldosterone was attenuated by the high calcium diet. Aldosterone stimulated blood pressure was 138 for the high calcium group compared with 200 and the low calcium group.” For these rats, the high calcium diet helps with blood pressure -- even when they were given high doses of stress hormones which increase blood pressure. “High calcium diets blunts the development of high blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats.” Spontaneously hypertensive rats are somewhat of a strange animal -- they are mutants which are bred to develop high blood pressure. But there are many reasons to believe that the results of this study are relevant to humans too. Low calcium intake triggers the body to release a hormone called parathyroid. Parathyroid hormone triggers the release of calcium from our bones. This calcium travels out of the bones and into the soft tissue of the body -- including the blood vessels -- where it causes the buildup of plaque, increasing blood pressure. We also know that people who eat more calcium have lower blood pressure. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] A 2018 review of human research on the effects of calcium in hypertension concluded that… “An increase in calcium intake slightly reduces both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in normotensive people, particularly in young people, suggesting a role in the prevention of hypertension.” Adequate dietary calcium is essential for maintaining normal blood pressure. It helps to keep calcium out of the blood vessels and protects us from the blood pressure raising effects of aldosterone (stress). Calcium is just one of a number of natural nutrients which I discuss in my newsletters which can help to massively improve blood pressure and shift out-of-place calcium from your blood vessels. ----Important Message From Matt About Parathyroid Hormone---- High levels of parathyroid hormone cause 80% of men’s health and sex problems -- here’s how to lower it... Have you heard of parathyroid hormone? It’s a necessary hormone for our body’s natural processes. But when parathyroid hormone gets too high, [very bad things start happening to men](… And it can be way, way worse than pulling calcium out of the bones and depositing plaque in the arteries… And if you don’t lower it in time, you can end up with chronic, debilitating health conditions and even lose your sexual function. [Here’s the key to lowering parathyroid hormone before it’s too late]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
