Are you taking these? They’re causing blood clots, strokes, even cancer Story-At-a-Glance [Can't see this image? These treatments cause scary side effects like blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, even cancer. Make sure you’re not taking these, and warn any friends you know. It could save your life and theirs. ----Important Message From Alex---- This one special molecule helps prevent heart attacks and can cut recovery time by 88% Hi, I’m Alex, and my father suffered a heart attack when he was working on his roof. And when I visited him in the hospital, I thought I had the wrong room… He was pale as a ghost. And he could barely move. My father’s heart was only functioning at 60%. The doctor said it would never recover beyond that. Fast forward to today... He’s running circles around his friends… Throwing his grandkids around in the pool… And it’s all thanks to this [one special molecule that the heart needs](... ---------- New scary FDA warning for these 2 common treatments for men Have you ever seen or experienced what a heart attack can do to a person? Some people have heart attacks and walk away okay physically and just have big hospital bills. Other people have heart attacks and have the after effects disable them for the rest of their lives. And then some people have heart attacks and die. This is a very unpleasant game of Russian roulette and it’s way better to avoid a heart attack than to have one in the first place. But what if the treatments you take that have happy, inspirational commercials put you at serious increased risk for heart attack and stroke? That’s something I would want to know about… which is why I’m telling you this now. [Can't see this image? You should always work with your doctor on any Rx treatments that you’re taking. Never go off of any Rx treatments without talking to your doctor. The FDA recently issued updated warnings for treatments called JAK inhibitors. These include the popular and heavily advertised Rinvoq and Xeljanz that are used to treat conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. The FDA compared these treatments to other treatments called TNF blockers and found that the JAK inhibitors had serious negative side effects. These side effects are so serious that the agency is requiring a NEW warning. Based on a completed U.S. FDA review of a large randomized safety clinical trial, we have concluded there is an increased risk of serious heart-related events such as heart attack or stroke, cancer, blood clots, and death with the arthritis and ulcerative colitis medicines Xeljanz and Xeljanz XR (tofacitinib). This trial compared Xeljanz with another type of medicine used to treat arthritis called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. We are requiring new and updated warnings for two other arthritis medicines in the same ‘treatment’ class as Xeljanz, called Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, Olumiant (baricitinib) and Rinvoq (upadacitinib). The older TNF treatments -- sold under the names Humira or Enbrel -- have been shown to have fewer cardiovascular problems than the newer JAK inhibitors. The problem for Big Pharma is that newer treatments are almost always more profitable than older treatments… Which means they have a financial incentive to push what is new even if it is more dangerous. The FDA is advising patients that have risk factors for cardiovascular disease to be especially careful when taking Xeljanz or Rinvoq. Those taking Xeljanz/Xeljanz XR, Olumiant, or Rinvoq should tell your health care professional if you are a current or past smoker, or have had a heart attack, other heart problems, stroke, or blood clots in the past as these may put you at higher risk for serious problems with the medicines. There are dangerous treatments out there that sometimes you need to take in order to save your life. Some of the more powerful antibiotics are in this category. But if a treatment gives you a higher chance of heart problems then other older medicines you may want to talk with your doctor about what you are taking. It’s always worth it to know and understand the risks of the treatments you are taking so that you can make informed decisions. ----Important Message From Matt---- Are you taking one of these 5 dangerous treatments? I’ve discovered 5 Big Pharma treatments for men that are actually making men SICKER… It seems crazy, but not all treatments are safe, despite doctors giving them out. And it’s not the doctor’s fault… it’s the companies who make these treatments. Like Bayer and Johnson and Johnson, the makers of Xarelto… They finally settled for close to $800 million for failing to warn men about deadly bleeding episodes caused by Xarelto: [Can't see this image?
