These 5 foods all have one big thing in common… [Can't see this image? Taking 2 or 3 or 6 a day may numb the pain temporarily -- but it’s destroying your health even faster. Instead, you can use one simple herb that is natural and safe. And it treats this chronic pain even better than ibuprofen. Most importantly, [this herb makes the pain go away -- permanently.]( ---------- Avoid these 5 foods that cause diabetes and cancer When I talk with men about their health, most of them know that what they eat directly impacts how healthy they are. But… a lot of folks feel like they have no idea what to do about it. This is understandable. There’s a ton of bad and conflicting information out there. Most “diets” seem unappealing or make you crazy-hungry all the time. And the types of food that most people view as “quick and easy” are also typically full of stuff that’s super bad for your health. The good news is that there are eating plans that are simple to follow, simple to stick to, AND promote good health. The bad news is that Americans are eating more and more ultra-processed food than ever before… ...which is terrible for us and leads lots of people into diseases like diabetes and cancer. It’s scary stuff. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] This is a two decade study from Tufts University and it’s showing that Big Food has been highly successful at marketing ultra-processed foods to the public… And young people are eating more ultra-processed foods than ever. The calories that children and adolescents consumed from ultraprocessed foods jumped from 61% to 67% of total caloric intake from 1999 to 2018, according to a new study from researchers at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy at Tufts University. This study is done on kids, but I believe that adults are also eating far more ultra-processed foods than we used to. I’ve seen it when I help men fix their diets for optimal health and sexual performance. It’s honestly amazing how much of a difference changing what you eat can make. Now… There are lots of different ultra-processed foods on the market. They can include sugary breakfast cereals, desserts, crackers, and other foods with lots of “non food ingredients'' on the label. These are usually highly marketed foods that are shelf-stable for a long time. Ultraprocessed foods typically contain added sugars, hydrogenated oils, and flavor enhancers. Examples include packaged sweet snacks and desserts, sugary breakfast cereals, French fries, fast food burgers, and some lunchmeats such as bologna and salami. There have been many studies that show that this type of food intake can increase the rates of serious medical conditions like cancer, diabetes, and obesity. When consumed in excess, these foods are linked with diabetes, obesity, and other serious medical conditions, such as certain cancers. You can usually tell if a food is ultraprocessed by the ingredient list. If the ingredients are something your grandma would recognize, then it’s not ultra-processed. If you see “non-food terms” then you are most likely looking at an ultraprocessed food. When you spot terms like hydrolyzed proteins, high-fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated vegetable oil, it’s ultra-processed food. There are a lot of ingredients in ultraprocessed foods that aren’t good for the human body. The two top culprits in my handbook are gums and PUFA fats, or polyunsaturated fatty acids. Your best bet for food is to buy real food like fruit, beef, chicken, and white rice, and eat that with a minimal amount of fats like coconut oil and butter. You can very easily improve your health by eating like your grandparents probably did. If we keep eating so much ultraprocessed food as a society, we are very likely to see rates of chronic illnesses go up. ----Important Message---- 5 foods giving men prediabetes and diabetes -- and these are so-called “healthy” foods! For decades, they’ve been telling us to eat these 5 foods… And yet, countless studies show that these 5 foods are CAUSING prediabetic and diabetic symptoms in men. Now today, following these guidelines, we’re sicker than ever. More than 29 million adults in the U.S. -- over 10 percent of the population -- currently have diabetes or prediabetes symptoms. And most shockingly -- the foods that Big Pharma and dieticians and even the government keep recommending… ...they are actually making the symptoms WORSE! [That’s why I put these 5 bad foods here -- prepare to be shocked. You probably ate 2 of these foods just for breakfast...]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond.
