[Here are the 5 rockiness foods Iâve added to my meals -- theyâve saved my sex life!]( ---------- Eating these fermented foods can keep your mind and memory sharp Consumption of dairy foods is associated with a whole host of health benefits. In the last few years, researchers have identified a beneficial effect of dairy foods on dementia and age-related cognitive decline. People who eat more fermented dairy are less likely to suffer from these problems. Scientists recently began to investigate the reasons why. They discovered peptides in fermented dairy products that protect brain cells. When researchers gave these peptides to mice they found that the animals had healthier brains. There are even indicators that the dairy peptides could fight Alzheimerâs. [Can't see this image? Fermented dairy products can slow the degradation of mental function associated with aging. âSeveral epidemiological and clinical studies have concluded that fermented dairy products can help prevent cognitive decline.â Researchers discovered that cheese can prevent inflammation of brain cells which is closely tied to Alzheimerâs disease. âIntake of camembert cheese prevents microglial inflammation and Alzheimerâs pathology in mouse models.â This study was designed to try to understand how fermented dairy products protect the brain. Amino acids make up a large proportion of cheese. These amino acids can be constructed to form peptides. Researchers know that peptides can have potent effects on the body. And so they began to test the effects of fermented dairy peptides on brain cells. âWe screened peptides from digested milk protein for their potential to regulate the activation of microglia.â Microglia are brain cells which regulate the immune system. In Alzheimerâs and other brain disorders they can become overactive -- researchers believe this causes dementia. The researchers discovered dairy peptides which can suppress microglial inflammation. âWe identified peptides that suppressed the microglial inflammatory response.â These dairy peptides could prevent dementia and other types of damage to the brain by lowering inflammation from microglial cells. The researchers also found that these dairy peptides helped the brain to detoxify amyloid beta. Amyloid beta is a type of mis-folded protein that accumulates in the brain in cases of Alzheimerâs disease. The dairy peptides increased phagocytosis of amyloid beta -- meaning brain cells destroyed the mis-folded amyloid proteins. âWe identified peptides that enhanced the phagocytosis of amyloid beta.â The researchers tested a number of different fermented dairy foods. They found that the peptides were common in fermented dairy. âVarious fermented dairy products and food materials contained the peptide.â The effects of the peptides on isolated brain cells strongly suggest that these peptides could be responsible for the neuroprotective effect of fermented dairy. So the researchers investigated the mechanisms of these peptides in live animals. When eaten, the peptide travelled intact through the body and into the brain. âThe orally administered peptide was smoothly absorbed into blood, and delivered to the brain.â The researchers infected some mice with lipopolysaccharide -- bacteria which can cause dementia. The fermented dairy peptides prevented brain inflammation caused by lipopolysaccharide. Bacterial lipopolysaccharide also causes cognitive decline in mice (and humans). By lowering brain inflammation, the peptides prevented cognitive decline. âOrally administered peptides improved the cognitive decline induced by lipopolysaccharide.â The peptides prevented microglial inflammation. And the mice with lower brain inflammation performed better on memory tests. âIntake of the peptide prevented microglial inflammation and memory impairment in aged mice.â The researchers carried out further experiments on mice which were bred to develop Alzheimerâs disease. In Alzheimerâs type mice, the dairy peptide decreased brain inflammation. These animals had decreased levels of amyloid beta (increased amyloid beta are a hallmark of Alzheimerâs). The Alzheimer type mice had better mental function when they were supplemented with the fermented dairy peptides. âIn an Alzheimerâs mouse model, intake of the peptide also suppressed microglial inflammation and accumulation of amyloid beta, which improved cognitive decline.â The researchers have identified at least one component of fermented dairy which protects brain health. âThe peptides could potentially be used to prevent cognitive decline and dementia-related inflammation.â You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems. ----Important Message---- Beware the killer lipid lurking in the U.S. food supply -- creates amyloid plaques in the brain that lead to Alzheimerâs
[Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] Nearly 100 years ago, manufacturing companies started contaminating food with a toxic killer chemicalâ¦Â And now today, itâs in almost every single food item we eat. Itâs in fast food, organic food, so-called âhealthyâ foods -- every single food at the grocery store is full of this toxic chemical. And itâs doing terrible things to menâs bodiesâ¦like forming amyloid plaques that lead to Alzheimerâs and dementia⦠And unfortunately, thereâs no easy way to avoid eating this killer lipid nowadays because itâs in too much of the food supply! BUT -- I have discovered a way to safely destroy this killer lipid once it enters our bodies -- BEFORE it gets in the bloodstream and wreaks havoc in our cells and organs. [This is how to destroy the killer lipid before it causes Alzheimerâs]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond.
