Are you taking it? Check your bottles now ----Important Message---- Touch her and make her come with this weird electrifying method [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] It sounds strange, but this weird electrifying method shocks a girl’s pleasure centers in a way she’s never experienced before…  Just a touch of your finger will have her eyes rolling into the back of her head… ...and she will shudder with the waves of pleasure crashing throughout her body… And when she opens her eyes, you’re the only man she sees… [Here’s how to use this weird electrifying method to touch a girl and make her come (works on wives, girlfriends, or a girl you just met).]( ---------- This supposedly safe supplement is causing atrial fibrillation in men Based on my research, one of the greatest health myths that’s out there right now is that fish oil and other PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids) are good for our health. It’s a terrible situation because these types of fat that include fish oil, soy oil, canola oil, corn oil, and more can actually increase chronic internal inflammation in our bodies. And that inflammation can trigger metabolic disorders, high blood pressure, and even cancer. PUFAs are a big deal, but almost no one talks about them even though there’s a ton of research on it. To make matters even worse, many patients who have heart problems and are at risk of further cardiovascular events are told to take fish oil as a supplement. In my opinion, this is terrible advice for many reasons. But one of the reasons is that fish oil can put you at much higher risk for atrial fibrillation. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] What is atrial fibrillation? Atrial fibrillation is when the heart beats out of rhythm. This is bad because we need our hearts beating correctly in order to survive. During atrial fibrillation, the heart's two upper chambers (the atria) beat chaotically and irregularly — out of coordination with the two lower chambers (the ventricles) of the heart. Atrial fibrillation symptoms often include heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and weakness. Atrial fibrillation is very dangerous and is associated with death. Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most prevalent sustained cardiac arrhythmia worldwide and it is associated with high morbidity and mortality, ultimately making it a major public health burden. It’s also associated with stroke and further cardiovascular events. Atrial fibrillation is an irregular and often rapid heart rate that can increase your risk of strokes, heart failure and other heart-related complications. Obviously, you don’t want to develop atrial fibrillation. It’s really bad for you. No one wants to have a heart attack or a stroke, but atrial fibrillation can lead you to those places pretty quickly. Fish Oil and Atrial Fibrillation In this study in a journal published by the European Society of Cardiology, they looked at five different randomized, controlled trials that looked at what effect fish oil had on heart health outcomes. What they found is appalling. Fish oil actually INCREASES the risk of atrial fibrillation significantly. The researchers found that omega-3 fatty acid supplementation was associated with a significantly increased risk for atrial fibrillation compared to placebo with an incidence rate ratio of 1.37 (95% confidence interval 1.22-1.54; p<0.001). This means that if you take fish oil to benefit your heart health, you can be putting yourself at GREATER risk of having heart problems. Our study suggests that fish oil supplements are associated with a significantly greater risk of atrial fibrillation in patients at elevated cardiovascular risk. That means that the very supplement that is supposed to help you may actually make you very, very sick. This is just an example of how bad these types of fats are for you and it’s only scraping the surface. You shouldn’t eat a ton of fat in your diet. A little is OK and coconut oil and butter are the best types. PUFA fats, including fish oil, are terrible for your health. Getting plenty of saturated fats is extremely good for you and your heart and your liver. ----Important Message About Bad Fats---- Caution: If you’ve been eating fish oil, nuts, peanut butter, fried foods… your gut is carrying all that bad fat… [Can't see this image? It can even cause diabetes. But this one special supplement I found can stop this rapid gut deterioration… [This one special supplement is cheap and easy, and it REVERSES the effects of bad fats on performance in bed and health.]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
