And if you?re low on this one vitamin, you are more at risk of being hospitalized? ----Important

And if you’re low on this one vitamin, you are more at risk of being hospitalized… ----Important Message for Men Taking Vitamin D---- This one killer hormone is draining men of their vitamin D levels I’ve discovered one killer hormone responsible for up to 80% of men’s health and sex problems… And one of the first things this killer hormone does is drain men of their vitamin D levels. See, this killer hormone starts by draining certain key nutrients that the body needs -- key nutrients that naturally fight off this killer hormone… ...nutrients like vitamin D! Fortunately, my Golden Ratio protocol keeps these key nutrients high while protecting you from the killer hormone. It’s the next step for men taking vitamin D who still can’t seem to benefit from it the way they should be… [Discover the Golden Ratio protocol now before it’s too late]( ---------- This one vitamin can fight off the virus (and it’s not vitamin C) There have been some studies that show that having adequate levels of vitamin D can lower your risk of getting a severe case of the virus. Based on CDC criteria, among our study patients, 74% had severe COVID-19 infection and 32.8% were vitamin D sufficient. After adjusting for confounding factors, there was a significant association between vitamin D sufficiency and reduction in clinical severity, inpatient mortality serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and an increase in lymphocyte percentage. These are pretty preliminary at this point, but since vitamin D is critical to good health it’s a good idea to have enough of it in your body regardless. The reality is that most people who live in climates with winter don’t have enough of it. This is specially true during the wintertime when we don’t get as much sun -- which produces vitamin D. You can easily and cheaply supplement with vitamin D. Just get the capsules labeled D3. You can also get more vitamin D by spending time in the sunshine. Vitamin D is manufactured by your skin from sunshine. But even if you are taking all the right steps, there are some treatments and herbal supplements that can interfere with vitamin D production. It’s important to know what they are so that you can work to address any vitamin D deficiencies that may occur because of these treatments. [Can't see this image? Steroid treatments like prednisone and dexamethasone can both lead to lower levels of Vitamin D in the body. These are very common treatments for many conditions -- including lung inflammation. Steroid use is independently associated with 25(OH)D deficiency in this nationally representative cohort limited by cross-sectional data. It suggests the need for screening and repletion in patients on chronic steroids. So, if you are taking steroids -- especially if you are taking them on a regular basis -- it’s a VERY good idea to get tested and see where your Vitamin D levels are. That way if you need to, you can supplement. There are also other treatments that cause vitamin D deficiencies. While corticosteroids are probably the most common treatments that cause this problem, other treatments can cause vitamin D deficiencies as well: - Anti-epileptic treatments phenytoin and carbamazepine - Breast cancer treatments taxol and tamoxifen - HIV agents ritonavir and saquinavir A number of ‘treatments’ are known to interfere with the vitamin D metabolism through activation of the pregnane X receptor and thereby causing vitamin D deficiency These treatments decrease Vitamin D by activating a specific receptor in the body. So if you are on any of them -- and these are treatments that are often critical to survival -- then make sure that you are getting your D levels checked and supplementing as needed. Herbs that can cause low vitamin D. St. John’s Wort and Kava Kava can also suppress vitamin D levels. Even herbs such as St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) and Kava kava (Piper methysticum), like these ‘treatments,’ suppress your vitamin D levels. Because Vitamin D is critical to your overall health and may give you a defense against the virus, it’s important to not only make sure you have enough of it… But to know which treatments may suppress your levels so you can do something about it. ----Important Message---- Believe it or not, the arm pokes are only 14% effective at preventing flus and viruses... ...that’s why I’m using my own Flu and Virus protocol that is working for me in two ways: - Helping my body naturally resist viruses on its own… - and by counteracting the cytokines that are responsible for terrible symptoms and even death if I do get sick I like to think of my Flu & Virus Protocol like a limiter on my car engine. The limiter won't let me rev the engine so high that it breaks the engine… Well, same thing with my Protocol. I believe it will rev up my immunity -- but that it won't let my immunity get so get out of hand that it kills me with the dreaded cytokine storm. And right now, [I’m letting other men try it for free]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond.
