But thanks to this new way of being intimate together, my wife and I have sex several times a week, for 30 minutes or more… And now SHE is the one eager to go to bed together because this is so enjoyable for her as well as me. And if you’re single, it gets even better...because you can try out this new way of doing things by yourself if you want… And instantly be improving your sexual abilities every time you try this… [It’s a whole new type of pleasure-filled experience that will excite you AND her...try it tonight...]( ---------- Why men are snacking on this food before intimacy When deciding what to drink with a meal I usually choose between coffee and ginger. Ginger is one of the most healthy natural foods there is. It can improve many metabolic factors, including blood sugar and blood lipids. Ginger can boost testosterone. The common spice even helps with high blood pressure. [Can't see this image? The results were published in the Journal of Nursing and Health Science. Ginger has been used as an herbal remedy for thousands of years. One of the many reported benefits of ginger is its ability to lower blood pressure. “Ginger is an ancient herbal used for treatment of a variety of diseases. It has a reputation for having a blood pressure lowering effect.” This research was designed to confirm or disprove this alleged benefit of ginger. The research was carried out in people who were diagnosed with high blood pressure. “The aim of this study was to determine the effect of ginger and blood pressure among hypertensive patients.” The researchers recruited 120 adults who were being treated for high blood pressure at the local hospital. The recruits were split into three groups with 40 people in each of those groups. “A convenience sample of 120 adult who visited outpatient clinics was undertaken. They were divided alternatively into three equal groups of 40 patients in each group.” Some people took ginger for 1 month. Other people took ginger and blood pressure lowering substances. The final group did not take anything for their blood pressure. Blood pressure improved in people who had taken ginger alone or with the blood pressure treatments. “There was a high statistically significant difference for blood pressure clinical manifestations between both ginger groups and control, after taking ginger for one month; good prognosis occurred for both ginger groups.” There was no improvement in people who did not take a supplement of ginger. “The control group (no ginger + no ‘treatments’) had the signs and symptoms of high blood pressure in pre and post intervention tests.” The study used fresh ginger root -- not ginger powder. The researchers believe that some of the benefits are due to the fresh ginger oil. “Cut fresh ginger into small slices, preferably directly used to avoid the loss of oil that resides in it which is what gives us all the health and therapeutic interest.” The freshly sliced ginger root was prepared with boiling water and honey or sugar. The participants were instructed to: “Place the ginger slices in half a liter of boiling water and cover the pot until it cools to a warm temperature. Add honey or sugar and then take once per day.” Aside from significantly lowering blood pressure, many symptoms associated with high blood pressure were improved by ginger. Drowsiness, headaches, blurred vision, and irregular heartbeat were all decreased when people took ginger alone or with their blood pressure treatment. All of these symptoms were decreased by at least 50%. “There was a high statistically significant difference for clinical manifestations of blood pressure among both study group and control, after taking ginger for one month; good prognosis occurred for both study groups.” For people not taking ginger, there was no improvement. “The (no ginger) control group had the same signs and symptoms after one month.” The research is in agreement with previous studies. The authors recommend the use of ginger to lower the risk of high blood pressure and the risk factors associated with it. “We recommended dietary daily ginger consumption to protect against hypertension and coronary artery disease, as well as for its ability to reduce the probability of hypertension complications.” You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems. ----Important Message for Men---- These Foods Are Natural Penile Pumps These foods expand a man’s penile chambers, allowing more blood to flow in for bigger, more engorged erections...
