This especially helps blood flow “down there” where the arteries are already tiny and thin ----Important Message---- My little experiment -- getting her hot and gushing [Can't see this image? And it will go a long way to restoring that hot and heavy honeymoon period you both enjoyed when you first got together! [Here’s how to reboot any woman’s drive and desire with just a few cheap supplements]( ---------- Use this vitamin to fix arterial stiffness and improve blood flow Since the publication of some large observational studies showing that people with higher vitamin D levels are generally healthier… ...many people have assumed that taking vitamin D can cure health problems. However, a lot of vitamin D supplementation studies have been disappointing.  It seems that in a lot of cases higher vitamin D is associated with better health -- but supplementation may not help. But a recent vitamin D supplementation study has shown very promising results.  At least in the case of arterial stiffness -- vitamin D supplementation seems very beneficial. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] This experiment was conducted at the medical College of Georgia and published in the journal PLOS ONE. This study recruited 70 overweight African-Americans between 13 and 45 years old with low vitamin D levels. A previous study had shown that vitamin D might be beneficial in reducing arterial stiffness. This study was following up on that lead. “Although vitamin D interventions are scant, we previously observed that vitamin D3 supplementation counteracted the progression of arterial stiffness.” People were assigned either 600 international units, 2,000 international units, or 4,000 international units of vitamin D3 per day for 16 weeks.  There were also placebo groups who got no vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 supplementation was found to be successful in increasing the levels of vitamin D in the recruits. “Vitamin D3 supplementation demonstrated a dose-response increase in blood vitamin D concentrations.” In order to study stiffening of the heart valves the scientists used a measure called Carotid–Femoral Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV). “Pulse wave velocity (PWV) is a noninvasive, gold standard for arterial stiffness measurement, and a tool to determine the therapeutic effects and efficacy in interventional studies.” This measures the amount of time blood takes to travel from one set point to another -- when blood travels faster between these points it means the arteries are stiff. The study found that vitamin D supplementation increased the amount of time it took blood to travel between these 2 points -- indicating a decrease in arterial stiffness. “A significant downward linear trend was observed for carotid-femoral PWV across the four treatment groups.” The study found that as the dose of supplemental vitamin D3 increased, the indicators of arterial stiffness decreased. There was a dose-dependent improvement in arterial stiffness at every dose range of vitamin D tested in this study. “Arterial stiffness was improved by vitamin D3 supplementation in a dose-response manner in overweight African Americans with vitamin D deficiency.” There is a well-known correlation between vitamin D deficiency and heart disease.  “In the last decade, vitamin D deficiency has been related to cardiovascular risk factors, cardiovascular mortality, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease.” This relationship may be due to vitamin D’s effect on arterial stiffness shown in this study. Arterial stiffness is believed to be a causal factor in heart disease. So these results from vitamin D supplementation could be interpreted as a method to avoid and possibly even reverse the risk of heart disease. “Arterial stiffness is not only a risk factor for heart disease, but also a mechanism leading to heart disease through its influence on blood vessel and heart.” This is one of the most exciting vitamin D studies yet published -- showing that in some cases vitamin D supplementation can lower disease risk. “The key finding from this study was that arterial stiffness was improved by vitamin D3 supplementation in a dose-response manner.” Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. Unlike water-soluble vitamins, an excess of vitamin D is not immediately removed from the system. It’s possible that it could build-up in the body and cause problems. It’s important that vitamin D supplementation is well supervised -- the dose needs to be carefully managed and it should be supplemented with other important cofactors. Smart sun exposure is a good way to get vitamin D too. You should see a healthcare professional if you have concerns about heart disease and arterial stiffness. ----Important Message---- This odd food gives men stiff “towel-hangers” again [Can't see this image? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
