Here’s what I’m doing to avoid fish oil sickness right now ----Important Message for Men Who Have Had Poor Rockiness for 6 Months or More---- Ask yourself these questions: - Has it been weeks, months, or years since you woke up with morning wood? - Do you rarely or never get good “rockiness”? - Do you have a bend or hard lump in your member? - Have your load sizes gotten smaller? - Do you experience any pain during sex or during arousal? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be suffering from penile fibrosis. It’s quite common, and easy to reverse, but most men don’t know about it. Doctors don’t even know about it! [Discover how to restore great “rockiness” at home, no matter how long it’s been (and don’t worry, it’s free).]( ---------- Fish oil sick -- causes massive CD8+ immune problems Fish- and seed-oil-based omega-3 fats are promoted as healthy food components or supplements. But there are a number of problems with these fats. Omega-3 fats are marketed as anti-inflammatory… But the true nature of the anti-inflammatory effects of omega-3 fats often goes unrecognized. Some types of inflammation are important for fighting infection and cancer. But omega-3 fats suppress the immune system. And animal studies show that they lower the body’s ability to fight off viruses. [Can't see this image? Omega-3-laden oils, such as fish oil, are marketed for their anti-inflammatory effects. “Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have been known to exert anti-inflammatory effects on various inflammatory diseases.” Short-term inflammation is necessary for health. It can help fight infection and keep the body in balance. One source of immune system inflammation is CD8+ T cells. These immune cells attack viruses when we get infected. And that defensive process increases inflammation. These researchers were curious about the effect of omega-3 fats on these (CD8+ T) immune cells. “The role of omega-3 fatty acids in CD8+ T cell responses against an acute viral infection has not been well elucidated yet.” In one of their experiments, they fed mice large amounts of omega-3 fats. When those mice were exposed to a virus, the immune cells were less active in attacking the infection. “Mice orally administered with omega-3s exhibited a significant reduction of anti-viral CD8+ T cell responses against a virus.” The researchers also carried out similar experiments on mice with specific omega-3 genetic mutations. These mice convert another type of fat (omega-6) into omega-3 in large amounts. “We also used transgenic mice that are able to convert n-6 to n-3.” Mice genetically predisposed to having high levels of omega-3 fats also developed lower immunity to viruses. “The FAT-1 mice exhibited a significant reduction of anti-viral CD8+ T cell responses against an acute strain of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus.” The results show that omega-3 fats can suppress the immune system response to viral infection. “Collectively, our results indicate that n-3 PUFAs attenuate anti-viral CD8+ T cell responses against acute viral infection.” During an infection, the immune cells in question produce inflammatory cytokines to kill viruses. The omega-3 fats lower inflammation by blocking the work of these protective CD8+ T cells -- also called killer T cells. Famously, the HIV virus has a number of mutations that allow it to avoid attacks by the immune system… But the HIV virus disguises itself against attacks from the very cells that are suppressed by omega-3 fats. The CD8+ T cells release inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). Cytokines like these can cause unpleasant symptoms, such as pain and swelling. When these cytokines are chronically elevated, they have negative consequences for health. But short-term surges in inflammatory cytokines help the body to fight infection and disease. AND omega-3 fats inhibit these short-term surges. The CD8+ T cells are also important when it comes to cancer... The killer cells detect changes that can lead to tumors -- changes that the body can use to prevent cancer. CD8+ T cells also play a large role in defending against bacterial infection. Though the mechanisms have only recently been discovered, previous research in humans had already shown that omega-3 fats can suppress the immune system. A number of papers on the subject were published in the 1980s -- but have now been mostly forgotten. You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems. ----Important Message---- Fly with this in your pocket and never get sick again (may even prevent the virus) [Can't see this image? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
